Children and Adults A child needs guidance, to show them the way. A child needs no ridicule, belligerence, shame, or pain. A child is not a mini adult, with knowledge abound, Do we guide them and help them do as well as they can, Do we help or hinder in their growth and their needs? We cannot be perfect, nor is that expected, We are a busy society with much at stake. A child will mimic what they have seen and heard. Do we, as adults, paint life's picture solid and strong? We have not all the answers, but of this I do know, Take a moment to look at those called your own, You are an important person in this world, so fast-paced; They are a little "You", so treat them as such,
